Before you go

• Check who is on your trip. Everyone is a verified student, and you can see their college and how many trips they have taken.
• Save up to three emergency contacts in Account.
• Once your group is confirmed, create a live trip link on the trip page and send it to a friend or family member.
• Women can create and join women-only trips.

At the pickup point

• Meet your group in a well-lit, public spot, such as the station forecourt.
• Hire a licensed auto or taxi together. Prefer the metered fare or the prepaid counter where one is open.
• If someone makes you uncomfortable, you do not have to travel with them.

Afterwards

• Report anything that worried you from the trip page. A person reviews every report, and the reported member is not told who reported them.
• Block anyone you never want to see on a trip again.
